In November 2021, our robotics teams participated in their first practice scrimmage at Cypress Lake High School in Ft. Myers.
As a First Robotics School, St. Joseph Catholic School students will be eligible to compete in the West Florida League, as well as with the Diocese of Venice.
In May 2022, St. Joseph Catholic School's Robotics Teams participated in the inaugural Diocese of Venice Catholic Schools Lion Cup Robotics Competition held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in Fort Myers. This included participants from both high school and middle school divisions.
The following year SJCS participated in the second Diocese of Venice Catholic Schools Lion Cup Robotics Competition. Congratulations to Karol, Noah, and Hayden on winning 3rd Place out of 29 teams at the 2023 Diocese of Venice Catholic Schools Lion Cup Robotics Competition. In 2024 the middle school team came in first place at the event.
