I was born and raised in Costa Rica and moved to Bradenton from Naples, Fl. I have a Bachelor's in Educational Sciences in Secondary and Chemistry Education and will be returning to school to deepen my knowledge of Python coding.
I have been working in education since 2017 in various roles. This is my fourth year at St. Joseph and my third year as the STREAM/Robotics teacher. My goal for the STREAM class is to get students involved in the engineering design process with hands-on learning: encourage them to use their imaginations, ask questions, determine problems, find creative solutions, and improve on their developments.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my corgi dog Bella, building Lego sets, and playing video games whenever I can! I am very blessed and grateful to be part of the St. Joseph Catholic School family.
