4th Gradebhamricsjsfl.orgHello! My name is Blaire Hamric. I have been in education/teaching for 15 years. I attended Concord University and received my Bachelor's Degree in Education (PreK -3, K-12) and went on to get my Master's Degree in Literacy at Ashland University. I taught for 8 years in Special Education and then transitioned to the lower elementary grades teaching there for the past 7 years. My goal of becoming an educator was all due to my 3rd grade teacher - she was amazing and I am still in contact with her today. She inspired me to want to do great things in the classroom and create such amazing memories for kids to forever cherish.
I am originally from Ohio, but I have been living in Florida for the past 8 years. I have an incredible family as well as wonderful friends and my favorite activity is running. I have deepened my Faith by becoming a teacher at St. Joseph's and I am extremely thankful for this opportunity to teach here and the memories I am making with my students and colleagues.
